Early Registration Offered for Graduating High School Students
Klamath Community College is inviting all graduating high school seniors and their parents to the new Health Science Building (Building 6) Saturday, May 21, for “I’m Going to KCC!” an early registration day specifically for graduating seniors.
In addition to registering for fall term classes, students will be able to complete the Compass Placement Test, meet with an advisor, speak with current KCC students and take a campus tour. Parents will also be invited to speak with current students and tour the campus as well as meet with Julie Murray-Jensen, Dean for Student Services, and receive information on financial aid. Murray-Jensen says having a plan for one’s education is the best way to ensure success in college and “this day is all about helping you make that plan to earn your degree and move forward for your future.”
Space is limited and interested high school seniors must sign up with their high school guidance counselor no later than May 13, 2011. “I’m Going to KCC!” begins at 9:00 a.m. For more information contact Student Services at 541-882-3521 or visit www.klamathcc.edu
