Course Description: This course emphasizes the practical application of office software to create professional business documents and presentations. Focus is on establishing a professional tone in the office environment through skilled use of communication with customers and professional clients. Techniques for dealing with office conflict and handling multiple priorities are also reinforced. Recommended: Successful completion of CAS 170 and CAS 216. Prerequisite: CAS 245.
