Course Description: Join French-born instructor, Jacqueline Dolce, for a language-learning, chair-side trip to Paris. You'll begin practicing customs and then move on to the phrases you'll need for basic introductions and short conversations. You'll also learn the language of shopping and directions for places of interest, including your hotel room. Included in class are ways to order your favorite foods and common French expressions. All this and more during this fun, six-week Introductory French class. Please bring a French dictionary, notebook and a pen to class. "French for Travelers" (Fedor's 2002) would be helpful but is optional. Instructor: Jacqueline Dolce.
