Course Description: Relax with a session of gentle yoga practice that includes meditation, restorative asansas, pranyama work, gentle stretching, weight bearing, and deep relaxation with soothing music. Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, and wear comfortable clothing. Class taught by Terry Rogers, Certified Yoga Instructor.
