Log In Help:

If you are having trouble viewing the pages, Internet Explorer 5 or greater is recommended.

If your username and password does not work:

1)	Click Forgot password to have your password sent to your email.
2)	If you recieve the error message: "We were unable to access your information. Please try again." you must create a new user account.

To create a new user account:
(You will be able to match the new user account with your current student account)

Username:	- This can be any username you choose. - Must contain six or more characters. - Spaces and special characters are not allowed.
Password:	Enter a password.
E-mail:	A valid email address is required to create a user account.
Security Qustion/Answer:	Enter a Question and Answer that will be used if you forget your password.

To match a user account to your current student account:

1)	Select Record Match or Qweb from the My KCC menu.
2)	Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth.
3)	Enter either your SSN, Student Number, OR Faculty Number. Only one is required.
