Klamath Scholars Program
President Hamilton proposed a one-year pilot scholarship program which the Board approved at the April meeting. This scholarship
promises to make higher education available to District-wide high school students who are graduates of public or private high
schools with a 3.5, or better, GPA. To be eligible for this one-year tuition scholarship students must enter Klamath Community
College, Summer or Fall Term, immediately following their high school graduation. Newly discharged military veterans are also
eligible for this scholarship if they graduated from a District high school with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better and they
enroll at KCC within six months of their honorable military discharge.
