Klamath Community College is now accepting applications for appointment to the position of Board Member for the Klamath Community College Board of Education, Zone 4 and Zone 7.

Zone 4 encompasses Precincts 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 28 and 29. The following areas are included within those Precincts: Klamath Falls South Suburbs (South of Bristol and West of Summers Lane, Kingsley Field, Midland, Merrill, and Malin).

Zone 7 is an “at large” position in that applicants must be registered to vote and reside within the District.

Further information and application packets can be obtained through the President’s Office at Klamath Community College, ATTN: Dawn McLing, Secretary to the Klamath Community College Board of Education, 541-880-2210. The deadline for receipt of applications is Friday, September 19, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.

If necessary, the Board of Education reserves the right to extend the application deadline.
