John and Betty Gray Early Childhood Education Scholarship
The Oregon Community Foundation has announced that KCC will receive $5,000 in scholarship monies from the
John and Betty Gray Early Childhood Education Scholarship for the 2007-2008 academic year. Even more good news
the OCF board has committed to funding the ECE scholarship program for a total of 10 years! This does not
guarantee funds for KCC but it does allow us the opportunity to apply for these funds annually.
All applicants:
- Must be enrolled in the AAS in Education program with the Childcare Provider Specialty
- Must be a half-time or full-time student
- Must have completed at least 12 credits at the time of application
- Must have received grades of "C" or better on all coursework completed to date
- In addition an academic plan will be required
- Application Deadline May 15, 2008
