Klamath Community College, the Oregon Employment Department and WorkSource partner up to bring about the KCC Career Center and help bring students closer to prospective employers.  
During the fall term, KCC became a chapter of the National Society of Leadership and Success joining the University of Oregon, Western Oregon University and Lane Community College as well as other campus chapters in Oregon.
On October 8th, Klamath Community College’s President Dr. Roberto Gutierrez and Vice President of External Programs Julie Murray-Jensen welcomed Southern Oregon University’s President Dr. Roy Saigo, Provost & Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs Susan Walsh, the Interim Dean of the School of Education Steven Thorpe, Department Chair of Education John King, and  the Associate Vice President of Enrollment and Retention Lisa Garcia-Hanson for a day-long meeting to discuss partnership opportunities between the two institutions.  
Klamath Community College and the 142nd Fighter Wing of the Portland Air National Guard Base, signed a Memorandum of Understanding Tuesday, October 7, making official KCC's arrangement to provide on site classes to base personnel. 
The Center for Community College Student Engagement (CCCSE) has recognized KCC as one of four colleges nationwide who are leaders in high impact practices that result in student success.  CCCSE specifically noted KCC's work in the development and offering of Career Pathway Certificates of Completion that are providing students with workforce and professional skills.
Klamath Community College has been named to the 2015 Military Friendly Schools list, earning the honor for the second year in a row.
