Innovation and Learning Center
The Innovation and Learning Center at Lake County offers critical services to students of Lakeview and the surrounding rural area. In addition to synchronous and on-site KCC courses, students can take advantage of workforce trainings, community education courses, and GED/ESL classes.

Workforce Lake County
Workforce programs deliver year-round adult and dislocated worker services.
The program includes workshops on workplace basics, resume development, job search help, and may include financial assistance for work-related items, such as uniforms. Training programs in Lake County are short trainings (usually less than 10 weeks) that help students prepare for a new career.
