Use the Early Alert System to report students in any difficulty that is affecting their success in classes. Your input will be sent to Student Services where retention and support efforts will be undertaken when needed and possible.
Use the No Show Reporting System to complete information on students who are not and have not ever actively participated in your class. Your report will go to Student Services which will drop the student from your course. This is an interim process until other methods of handling No Shows are developed.
Please click here to add a "Waitlisted" student to your class. This information will go to the Registrar’s Office where the student will be added to the class. Information that is needed is the Student’s ID number, Last Name, First Name and of course your name, and class (BIO 101 section 1 or BIO 101 section 1 on-line). The student(s) will be added as soon as possible.
