RN to BSN Program Applications

Applications for the RN to BSN program are now closed for fall 2026. Notification of the status of your application will be sent via email after July 13, 2026.

RN and LPN Program Applications

Applications to the RN and LPN programs for fall 2026 are now closed. Notifications of application status have been sent out. Please check your email for the letter.

If you were offered a position in the RN or LPN cohort for fall 2026, you must respond to that email and confirm that you are accepting the offer by July 3, 2026.

If KCC Nursing has not received confirmation by that date, your spot will be offered to an alternate candidate.

We had many qualified applicants this year and limited placements. We thank you for your application and encourage you to apply again next year.

Fall 2027 Nursing Program Information

Information on the RN and LPN programs for fall 2027 will be posted soon.

The LPN transition program will be placed on hold for 2027 so that we can admit 16 LPN students and 8 RN students in fall 2027.

The LPN to RN transition program will resume in 2028.

Nursing at KCC

The Nursing AAS program provides students the academic and clinical preparation necessary to take the national licensure examinations. The purpose of the program is to graduate qualified individuals from rural communities and encourage them to practice nursing in a rural area.
