Citizen Comments
Zoom attendees:
- The Board values public input. Citizen comment requests may be submitted to Shannon Childs, Board Secretary, at childs@klamathcc.edu by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting.
- Please include your name, address, and city of residence for full consideration. If applicable, include the agenda item number and topic. (Please ensure your name is correct when joining the zoom meeting)
- Oral comments may be made during the meeting at the designated time. Please email childs@klamathcc.edu by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. Oral comments will be limited to 3 minutes.
- Be aware the Board may not respond directly to issues raised, but if appropriate may refer those issues to the President.
In-person attendees:
- Please submit requests as detailed above, or see the Board Secretary the day of the meeting (15 minutes or more prior to meeting) for public comment.
*A Zoom link will be available on the agenda for those who wish to attend the meeting virtually. Recordings will be posted within seven days following the meeting’s conclusion.

Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. each evening with meetings scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise announced.
NOTE: All regular meetings are generally planned for the 4th or 5th Tuesday of each month (with the exception of August (September Retreat), November/December (Thanksgiving/Christmas Holiday), and March (Spring Break)) and are held in the Founders Hall Boardroom.
Work Session dates are generally scheduled for Tuesdays before the regularly scheduled Board of Education Meeting, and the locations for those dates will be determined. Other meetings may be added as the year progresses.
