Klamath Community College Foundation

Keep Students Connected Special Fund!

Klamath Community College and the KCC Foundation are adhering to the Oregon Governor’s mandate to limit gatherings and provide student instruction remotely in order to curtail further spread of Coronavirus. Even so, we are committed as ever to ensuring students and programs at KCC are given the full support they need to succeed during this turbulent time (including through the Foundation’s student emergency response fund).

Many of you have already shared your deep concerns and contacted us about how you might be able to help KCC students as they navigate difficult circumstances including accessing educational resources, and often facing obstacles related to personal employment, childcare, and food/housing insecurity.

KCC is moving nearly all students online through distance education programs that will allow them to complete their degrees and studies. This can be a hardship for those students who do not have the needed technology at home for traditional distance education. The KCC Foundation is starting a Keep Students Connected campaign to ensure students who need internet access, or other emergency support, to continue their studies have what they need to succeed.

Mission

The KCC Foundation supports students by funding their pursuits in higher education and providing the resources to help guide them toward success.

The Klamath Community College Foundation was established as a non-profit tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization in 1997 to receive and administer gifts and grants benefitting the College. During the last 16 years the KCC Foundation has supported students by funding their pursuits in higher education and providing the resources to help guide them toward success.

The KCC Foundation is supported by staff, faculty, alumni, and many generous community members who donate their time and financial support to building our campus community. Be a part of Klamath Community College Foundation and make a difference in the lives of our students and Klamath Falls.
