Associate of Science

The Associate of Science (AS) degree is designed for students planning to transfer credits to a four-year institution. It allows more freedom in course selection than the Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer degree; however, because of the flexibility of this degree, it may not fulfill requirements for transfer to a university in Oregon. When selecting courses for this degree, students should consult KCC advisors and the institution to which they will transfer to make sure that they are taking the correct courses.

For more information regarding credentialing and accreditation please see the Accreditation page.

This program may provide prior learning credit and extended learning opportunities for persons previously or currently employed in related professions.
