What are communication skills?
Communication skills are the abilities you use to give and recieve different kinds of information. Communication skills are essential when working with others, managing people, and during all interpersonal relationships.
Examples of communication skills are:- Volume of voice
- Clarity of statements and enunciation
- Level of empathy
- Show of respect
- Use of, and understanding of, nonverbal cues.

Body language
Body language in communication:
- Body language is a type of non-verbal communication that communicates feelings and intentions.
- Body language relies on body movements (gestures, posture, and facial expressions) to convey messages.
- Body language may be used conciously or unconciously.
- Body language may accompany or serve as a substitute for speech.
- Body language plays an essential role in communication.
- Body language is often more impactful than spoken messages.
