Registrar and Transcript Evaluator: Student Records, Transcripts, and Graduation Services

We maintain your academic records, evaluate transcripts from other schools, and make sure you’re on track to complete your degree or certificate.

The Registrar helps keep your official student records kept safe and accurate. The Registrar makes sure your transcripts show the right classes and grades, and will review your progress to confirm when you have completed all the requirements for your degree or certificate. The Registrar also helps get you ready for graduation and organizes Commencement so you can celebrate your accomplishments with family and friends.

If you need help or aren’t sure where to start, you can always contact the Student Success Representatives (541.882.3521). They’ll guide you to the right place and connect you with the Registrar’s Office when needed.

The Transcript Evaluator is the person who reviews transcripts from other colleges, high schools, or testing programs (like AP, CLEP, or military credit) to see which classes can count toward your degree or certificate at KCC. They make sure your transfer credits are applied correctly and appear on your record. This helps you know exactly what requirements you’ve already met and what you still need to finish.

If you have questions about how your credits transferred or want to check on your evaluation, you can reach out to the Transcript Evaluator (541.880.2246).
