The Office of the Registrar is responsible for enrollment verification, grading and academic records maintenance, transfer credit articulation, degree audits, degree awarding, course evaluations, FERPA compliance, catalog, commencement, and transcript services. These responsibilities, assignments and services are completed within institutional policies and standards as well as related state and federal laws and regulations.
Order official KCC transcripts online at the National Student Clearinghouse.
Klamath Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide electronic transcript ordering through its official website. You can order your official transcript 24/7 using any major credit card. For each recipient that is requested, there is a processing fee. Charges to your card are only incurred once your order is complete.

Sending official transcripts to KCC
Transcripts must be sent directly by the issuing institution to KCC. The options for sending transcripts depend on the issuing institutions. KCC accepts transcripts electronically from various transcripts servicing companies such as Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse, EDI, and e-Scrip Safe, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org

In addition, students must complete a Transcript Evaluation Request form
to initiate the transfer credit evaluation process.
