Program Description
Flagger and Work Zone Traffic Control covers the fundamental principles of traffic control, the five parts of temporary traffic control zones, and regulations regarding primary traffic control devices and their proper placement. Correct flagging techniques will also be taught and demonstrated. This course meets the requirements of the Oregon Department of Transportation construction specifications. Students will receive a certification card, valid for three years, verifying completion of safety training that meets ODOT requirements.
