Program description:
Forklift safety training teaches forklift operators how to identify and avoid workplace hazards and how to safely drive a forklift. The training curriculum covers standard operating practices and practices that are tailored to apply to each unique workplace. The training times for each topic may vary based on the number of participants, the nature if the employees’ workplace and other factors. The course includes lecture, video, in class exercises, and on-site forklift operation practical exam. This class does not offer forklift operator certification (cards).
