KCC Bookstore Online Ordering

All shipping fees for spring term books and materials have been waived. Have your order shipped directly to your door at no cost.

The KCC Bookstore will be open during regular business hours, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, through the extended spring break and the first week of spring term. However, when possible we encourage you to contact the bookstore by phone or email for merchandise or online ordering. 

Students who prefer not to or can’t come to campus can order books and course materials online. Students who order books and materials online can choose to have direct shipping or to “pick-up” the order on campus, but without having to enter the store.

Students can make orders online using financial aid or a credit card. Financial aid charges can be made from 9 am, March 23, to 4:30 pm, April 7.

Instructions:
 
Go the KCC Bookstore webpage at http://bookstore.klamathcc.edu/
 
  • Login with your username and password. If you have not ordered before, you will need to create a login.
  • On the right side of the page, click "Login" to login in as a returning user with an account or click on the link "Register here."
    • To create a new account: Click on "Create an account for ordering." Fill out the customer registration form, at the end click on "Submit profile."
    • In a few minutes you will receive and email from bookstore@klamathcc.edu stating your account has been set up.
    • You now can login with the information provided (and by going to the login button and putting in your user name and password).
  • Once you are logged in, you can order books, supplies and other items by putting your curser on the tab for "textbooks and KCC merchandise" (supplies).
  • Dropdown menus will appear and provide options for the textbooks tab will give you information of textbooks, buyback and financial aid.
To order textbooks:
  • Find textbooks tab on the top of page, click on the "Select textbooks."
  • Search by course.
  • Click on drop down "Spring Order Now."
  • Click on drop down "Dept" (enter in your department of your course. Ex: WRI writing). If you do not know this information, you can find it in your class schedule).
  • Click on drop down "Course/Section/ Instructor."
  • Once this is complete a course you can click on add another course.
    • If a course comes up with no course materials, it is either a course with online materials, no text, or see instructor's syllabus).
  • You will decide on each item if you want a new or used materials by clicking on the dot near choice.
  • Click on add to cart.
    • At this time you can add supplies (see instructions for supplies) or click "Continue to checkout."
  • A pop up will ask you “If the condition of the new or used textbooks you ordered is no longer available, do you want us to substitute with another condition?” Pick "Yes" or "No" and click to "Continue."
  • A pop up will ask you “In the event the instructor changes materials for your course, how would you like us to update your order?” Pick one of the following: "Add only required," "Add all materials," or "Do not add to order." Click "Continue."
You can now pick payment options or add more items to your order here…like supplies you may have forgot.
  • Click top right "Payment option."
  • You will now see billing address (in blue you are able to change it if needed here) and to the right of the page you will see you order estimates.
  • Click "Continue" on the left of page at the end of the billing info.
  • Choose pick-up method (shipping at cost or pick up at store) and pick the date. Store hours for pick up are Monday through Thursday, 10 am to 4 pm. Click "Continue."
  • Fill out your payment information: Choose payment options in dropdown of "Credit card" or "Financial aid."
  • Fill out all credit card information and or financial aid information required. You can review your cart and see all charges.
  • Click "Submit payment" on the left bottom of screen, you are done.
You will receive an email confirmation that the order was received. The KCC Bookstore will call or email about any questions that we have of the order, financial aid payment, or pick-up details.                  
 

Add supplies to your order: 
  • Supplies can be done anytime during shopping and can be added to you cart. Once you are checked out it cannot be added after. A new order will be required.
  • You will find "Supplies" under the tab "KCC merchandise" dropdown. Click on "School supplies."
  • You will see a list of supplies you might need for school add "Quantity" and click "Add to cart."
  • Once you have added all supplies to your order you can now scroll to the bottom of page and click on "Shopping cart."
Proceed to check out. You will see the textbooks you have ordered along with your supplies.
  • Click top right "Payment option."
  • "You will now see billing address (in blue you are able to change it if needed here) and to the right of the page you will see you order estimates.
  • Click "Continue" on the left of page at the end of the billing info.

Other items can be ordered though none can be charged to financial aid; for example, a cap and gown. You will follow the same process as adding supplies to your order.
